When I was a latchkey kid, I would come home, eat something delicious, and watch the afternoon cartoons (Eek the Cat mostly). Now swap elementary school with work, Eek the Cat with The Shield, Kool-Aid with Sam Adams, and Chocolate PopTarts with vanilla ice cream and dark chocolate. Bonus: Sam Adams Latitude 48 is easily the best IPA out there… and I hate IPAs.

I used to play soccer in high school, so I would run 20-ish miles every week during practices and games. Since then, my cardiovascular activities have been patchy at best. Today, on the other hand, marks the longest amount of time I have ever spent on a treadmill (with pretty decent results too).
